Recently, Mr. Chu decided to spend tens of thousands billion VND in building Times Square Vietnam in the downtown as a gift to the city.
In the official inauguration ceremony of the building, Mr. Chu did not hide his happiness for bring Italian architecture and interior decoration style to Vietnam because he thinks that this is the interference between cultural identities of the two countries.
At the inauguration ceremony he expressed his thanks to 23 best brands of interior decoration and modern furniture from Italy for sharing efforts and passion with him to create Times Square Vietnam building evaluated by the world.
Every glass window of the building looks at a beautiful corner of the city
Times Square is appraised not only by the world but also by city residents because they think proud of the building which is believed a golden destination of the city.
The 39 storey skyscraper appeared in front of residents as a big surprise, esp. it is attracting huge notice from the world media.
Architect Kent Lui who designed the building said that every glass window of the building looks at a beautiful corner of the city. Seen from outside, iconic architecture features of the Times Square Vietnam highlight the building with its glass wall facade and its outside looking and dynamic light system create a brilliant light dance brightening the night sky of the city.
The five- star hotel being located from 27th floor of the building is the only one in the city recognized as a member of Leading Hotels of the World. The Riverie Saigon Hotel is also the only hotel in the country was voted by CNN as one of the ten opening soon hotels to be most waited for in the world this year.

The hotel consisting of 286 rooms including 62 European elite style luxury suits were decorated by the leading Italian designers. It has five European and Asian style international restaurants, a most luxurious spa and a helipad.
