The phenomenon will cause chilly duration at nighttime with an average temperature between 10 degrees Celsius and 15 degrees Celsius, and blanket of white frost like salt at daytime.
Currently, additional cold wave with powerful intensity hits the Northern region, after that it will expand to the North- Central and Mid- Central regions.
According to Deputy Director of the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center Hoang Phuc Lam, there has been three cold waves hitting the Northern region from November 25 to the beginning of the next month.
The northeast wintry spell will trigger rainy weather in the Central region until November 30.
