The Northern and central provinces will continue to experience cold weather conditions for 1-2 days, according to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.

This sudden cold spell will further strengthen in the northeastern provinces today, March 26.

Some parts of the North Central provinces and some areas in the North-West region will also experience this cold wave. From early this week, cold weather conditions have occurred in many regions in the north.

Meanwhile, heavy rains will occur in many areas in the South, especially in the Mekong Delta provinces in the coming days, due to extreme cold conditions in the north and a tropical low pressure in the East Sea.
