The provinces from Ha Tinh to Phu Yen therefore are suffering heavy rains and it is forecast rains will last until December 4 while the central region will experience heavy rains till December 4.
The National center of Hydro meteorological Forecast said this morning a mass of cold air continued strengthening in the northern and central region. It is warned the coastal central and south central region will be effected seriously.
It also brings rains and medium to heavy rainfall to the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue Strong winds at up to levels 3, 4 will hit the region.
The provinces of Danang to Binh Thuan have heavy rain and thunderstorm while the central highlands and southern provinces suffer rains and whirlwind, strong winds. The lowest temperature will be at 22 to 25 degree Celsius and highest of at 26 to 29 degree Celsius.
