As per that, several parts of the northern mountainous provinces suffer cold weather on October 15. Tonight, it is forecast that cold spell will affect to the northern and north central region.
Tomorrow October 16, the lowest temperature will be at 20 to 22 degrees Celsius; several parts of mountainous areas will hit the lowest temperature at 18 to 20 degrees Celsius.
HCMC will see torrential rains and cloudy mainly in the evening on October 18 to 24. From October 15 to 17, rains will occur in the evening and late afternoon.
