Because of the influence of convective clouds, Ha Noi and the northern provinces yesterday experienced heavy rains after long- term heat waves in previous months.
However, rains only occurred on the small scale in some places. On June 4- 5, the highest temperature generates at 35- 38 degrees Celsius, even up to over 38 degrees Celsius in some regions. By June 6, the temperature will reduce sharply; and heat wave will return at weekend, announced the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center.
Hot weather will shoulder over the central region on the large scale with its highest temperature at 35- 38 degrees Celsius, up to 39- 40 degrees Celsius in some areas within next ten days.
Meanwhile, the hot weather will not appear in the area of the Central Highlands and the Southern region. The extreme temperature is predicted to reach at 32- 34 degrees Celsius.
Ho Chi Minh City maintains dry climate without rain despite of entering rainy season in the upcoming days. The lowest temperature measures at 26 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature at 35 degrees Celsius.
