At a recent meeting to discuss solutions to encourage people to go to vocational schools, and improve quality of human resources, representatives of vocational schools said there is currently a lack of graduates majoring in welding, clothing and mechanics.

Enterprises have a high demand for skill workers, but schools have failed to provide because they haven’t had enough students to train, they added.

They said attracting human resources is the society’s responsibility.

Localities’ development strategies have to include high-quality vocational training, and a course in career orientation has to be taught at secondary schools, they said.
