In the sport event, the Vietnamese female swimmer Nguyen Thi Anh Vien registered to compete in 12 individual categories and she is expected to earn ten gold medals.
At the 28th SEA Games, Anh Vien excellently won gold medals in the women’s individual 200 meters, 400 meters and 800 meters freestyle; 200 meters backstrokes, breaststroke and butterfly stroke; and 400 meters medley.
The swimming performances will begin from August 21- 28.
