The 2011 Oscar nominated films 'True Grit', 'Winter's Bone', '127 Hours' and 'Black Swan' are being screened in Vietnam since February 18.
The movies have been highly appreciated as the “best films” for 2011 by the world’s prestigious cinema magazines.
Among them, “Black Swan” is a 2010 American psychological thriller directed by Darren Aronofsky and starring Natalie Portman, Vincent Cassel, and Mila Kunis. Natalie Portman is expected to win this year's Oscar for Best Actress for her performance as a mentally disturbed prima ballerina in the movie.
The pictures are distributed by Megastar Media Co. Ltd who brought Oscar and Golden Globe Award wining movies such as Atonement, No Country For Old Men, Slumdog Millionaire, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Revolutionary Road, Avatar, Inglorious Basterds, Up and District 9 to local moviegoers.
