Yesterday evening, it was located at at 200 kilometers of the northwestward of the Luzon Island.

It is predicted to develop into a storm, and take a turn toward China.

According to Le Thanh Hai, vice director of the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center, most of typhoons hitting the East Sea will make landfall in Guangdong province; however it will not enter Guangxi province of China.

Because of an influence of the depression, the northeastern territorial water of the East Sea will see powerful wind of level 6-10.

The National Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control asked the localities to eye fishing boats operating offshore of the East Sea to timely deal with the tropical low pressure.
