A new storm called Jangmi, which just entered into Philippines’s southern region, yesterday reported the Central Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center.

Last night, the storm was entered at 9, 7 degrees north latitude and 124, 6 degrees east longitude with its strongest wind of level 8, gusted up to level 9- 10.
According to forecast weather, in next 24 hours, “Jangmi” storm will move westwards, at 10- 15 kilometers an hour. By this night, it will locate in the eastern of the territorial water of Philippines, at 9, 4 degrees north latitude and 121, 8 degrees east longitude. The strongest wind near center will be at level 8- 10, sea rough.
In 24- 48 hours later, “Jangmi” storm is predicted to change its direction toward west southwest, with its speed of 10- 15 kilometers an hour. By 7pm on Wednesday, the storm will enter at 8, 7 degrees north latitude and 118, 8 degrees east longitude in Philippines’s western territorial water.
Because of the influence of northeast monsoon, level 6- 9 wind is sweeping through the territorial waters from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau provinces and even Phu Quy, Spratly Islands.
