The Department of Health in Ho Chi Minh City and the Tumor Hospital December 18 broke the ground for a hi-tech medical facility at 47 Nguyen Huy Luong Street in ward 14 Binh Thanh District.
The facility with 9 floors will be built on the area of 9,000 square meter with total spending of VND240 billion (US$10,656,000) in 14 months.
The construction project has been delayed for 11 years because of many difficulties.
