Over 100 mm downpour caused serious flooding in many routes of San Sa Ho and Ta Van communes. Specially, a huge torrential flood hit Red River overflowing Lao Cai city with a floodwater level of 79.05 meters.
This is the biggest flood ever recorded on the Red River since the beginning of this year’s rainy season.
