The city recorded D2 variant of dengue causing severe epidemic along with the current D1 variant. It is predicted that dengue fever tended to develop more complicatedly with more serious cases.
Amid the complicated development of the epidemic, the municipal Department of Health advised the city leaders to soon direct relevant agencies on implementing prevention and control measures.
