Art Exhibition marks Vietnam, Australia diplomatic relations

An exhibition themed ‘Message Stick-Indigenous Identity in Urban Australia’ is being held at the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum.

The exhibition presents 21 artworks from the Artbank collection of the Australian Government. The show has been held in many countries and is currently touring the Asian region.

The display shows the vitality, energy and innovation of Indigenous communities and artists, and life in urbanized Australia that is a tolerant and multicultural society that values traditions, cultures and contributions of people from all backgrounds, including Indigenous people.

The display marks the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Australia and will be on until June 14.
