The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center reported that around 3- 4 cold fronts and an additional damaged cold will occur in the area of Northern provinces in upcoming February.
Because of the influence of cold weather, strong wind will appear on the East Sea.
By the end of this month, temperature is predicted to increase rapidly, compared to the same period in the previous year. A dry weather will also shoulder on the large scale in the area of Central Highlands and Southern provinces.
