4th Ho Chi Minh City Creativity Awards receives over 230 submissions

The organization board of the 4th Ho Chi Minh City Creativity Awards 2025 received more than 230 submissions, the Ho Chi Minh City Emulation and Reward Board announced on February 11.

The entries, including projects, solutions, and products, cover seven categories consisting of economic development, defense and security, public administration, media, literature and arts, science and technology, and innovative and creative startups.

The Ho Chi Minh Creativity Awards is held every two years to honor Vietnamese individuals, organizations, and businesses at home and abroad for outstanding research works, innovative solutions, products, and services for the city's development.

The Ho Chi Minh Creativity Awards has attracted nearly 500 projects and granted awards to 160 works since its launch. The award-winning projects emphasize real-life practical applications and bring effectiveness and practical value to contribute to solving urgent issues in the construction and development of Ho Chi Minh City.

The award ceremony of the 4th edition is expected to take place on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification (April 30, 1975-2025).

The municipal People's Committee previously established the organization board of the Ho Chi Minh City Creative Awards, headed by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the city. Deputy heads include a Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the city who is responsible for carrying out emulation and commendation work, the director of the Department of Home Affairs, and the director of the Department of Science and Technology.
