More than 10,000 people visited and offered incense and flowers to martyrs at the Dong Loc T-junction relic site in Ha Tinh Province on Reunification Day (April 30) and Liberation Day (May 1), according to Head of the Management Board of the national historical site.
Dong Loc T-junction received over 2,000 groups of tourists in the first four months.
Rooms in Hue City in Thua Thien-Hue Province were sold out for national holidays, according to the provincial Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism.
The Complex of Hue Monuments, water festival in Tam Giang lagoon and beaches attracted a large number of visitors.
Meanwhile more than 6,000 holiday makers came to Cu lao Cham (Cham Island), a World Biosphere Reserve in Quang Nam province on April 30 and May 1.
