Typhoon Tembin changes direction towards southward
According to the latest weather news from the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center, a maximum sustained wind near the Tembin gusted level 10-13 this morning, and it is expected to move the westward and weaken into the tropical low depression within next 24 hours.

Dissimilar to the recent forecast news, Tembin is changing its direction towards the southward and its eye is forcast not to enter the mainland of Vietnam.
Because of its influence, the coastal provinces from Ba Ria- Vung Tau to Ca Mau including the Con Dao Island begin seeing powerful wind of level 8-12 and sea rough.
