Six of the best rock bands including 18+, Dong Do, Bui Gio, Hemelians, Hac San, and Parasite will take part in the final round of Tiger Translate-Battle of the Bands 2013 at Thong Nhat Park in Hanoi on June 29.
Founded in 2012, the Tiger Translate-Battle of the Bands is regarded as one of the few biggest competitions for young rock bands in the country. The competition has attracted a large number of rock bands and fans nationwide.
Launched in May, this year’s competition has drawn many rock groups from across the country. The winner of the climax night on June 29 will receive a cash prize of VND100 million and a chance to perform in the rock show ‘Tiger International Event’ together with Gothic Metal band LACUNA COIL on a huge stage in front of thousands of people in Ho Chi Minh City on July 20.
The first 500 people attending the final round will have a lucky draw opportunity to win a free trip to Ho Chi Minh City for the Tiger International Event.
