At 1pm, the low pressure zone was centered at around 10- 12 degrees north latitude, 128.5- 129.5 degrees east longitude, at 500 kilometers of the eastward.
It is forecast to move the west- northwestward at a speed of 15 kilometers an hour, and is expected to operate stronger within next 24 hours.
By 1pm today, the low pressure zone will be located at 11.5 degrees north latitude and 124.5 degrees east longitude in the Philippines' central area.
In addition, it is going to continue moving the west- northwestward at 20-25 kilometers an hour, and then it will enter the East Sea on November 10.
Some websites of the international weather centers warned that the tropical depression is expected to develop into a typhoon with its complicated direction which will cause danger for fishing boats on sea.
