Participating in the National Quality Awards for 20 years and being the winner in 2017, Deputy General Director Truong Cao Cuong of Thinh Phat Cable Joint Stock Company proudly shared that this national award is the honor of any receiver and the confirmation that the winning business has chosen the correct direction. He added that thanks to the participation and the effort to meet all the 7 criteria of the award, his company has gradually perfected itself and increased its competitiveness in the market.

Recalling the experience to prepare products for the export to Australia, where the temperature can reach minus 25 degree Celsius, he commented that years of training for the award and the application of performance improvement tools allowed his employees to timely research and update the product in order to overcome that harsh weather. The result is that Australia is now one of the major markets of the company.

Statistics of the HCMC Department of Standards Metrology and Quality, any businesses that observe the management system ISO 9001: 2015 all witness a revenue increase by 30 percent to 50 percent to the previous year. The rate of loyal customers in these companies also reaches over 80 percent.
