A music and fashion show will be held at the Hanoi Daewoo Centre on October 22, to mark “Italian cultural week in Vietnam”.

The event will present to visitors the BVLGARY collection of accessories and jewelry, distributed in Vietnam by the Duy Anh Fashion & Cosmetics Company, and the latest designs of Vietnamese fashion designer Minh Hanh.
Hanh’s collection is inspired by Italian classical movies like “1900”, “La Dolce Vita”, “The Leopard”, “The Battle of Algiers” and “La Strada”.
Pianist Pho An My, singer Thanh Lam, dancer Linh Nga, Miss Vietnam 2010 Ngoc Han will join the performances.
The event aims to strengthen the relationship and cooperation between the two countries as well as celebrate the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italia.
The show is one of the many cultural activities to be held. Also taking place will be an exchange between Hanoi readers and Italian journalist and writer Beppe Severgnini, author of 'The Head of the Italians', at the 'Creative Space Club' on October 3; the 'European Language Days' on October 14-15; a cultural talk about Italy's influence in food, football and fashion, which will include a performance by Vietnamese singer Vu Manh Dung from the Vietnam National Opera & Ballet, a collection by fashion designer Minh Hanh, and a representation by sports correspondent Anh Ngoc from the 'The thao & Van hoa' (Sports and Culture) newspaper on October 19.
