The center warned in the next 3 hours, several areas in the province such as Ky Anh, Ky Trinh districts will be able to suffer landslides, flooding.
Earlier, the center said the central provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh experienced torrential rains. The rainfall was measured at 162mm.
The posibility of landslides, flash floods will appear in low-lying areas such as Thanh Chuong district, Nghi Loc district, Hung Nguyen and Vinh City of Nghe An province; Huong Khe district and Ha tinh City of Ha Tinh province.
Local authorities need to take necessary measures to deal with the situation, said the center.
