An annual food festival featuring Vietnamese and international dishes, held by Ho Chi Minh City’ Tourism Department, wrapped up on December 6.

Called the Taste of the World Culinary Festival, the four-day event, which celebrated its 10 years old, lured nearly 500,000 spectators into various activities.
A vegetarian cooking competition, a fruit sculpture performance, a festival for chefs from five-star hotels, wine tasting, and bartender shows were a few to name.
Especially, a record for the country’s biggest Trong Dong (bronze drum) made by fruit and vegetables was set on the occasion.
