At the reception, the city leader thanked and highly appreciated the ambassador’s contributions in boosting the cooperation relationship between Germany and Vietnam including Ho Chi Minh City.
Under his working term, project of Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City (The German House) was finished and put into operation; the two sides effectively cooperated in educational sector and implementing metro line No.2, etc.
Secretary Nhan took pleasure in future lighthouse projects; and he affirmed to solve existent problems in the both sides’ cooperation.
Mr. Christian Berger thanked the city leader for creating favorable condition during his working term. Besides that, he also underlined the above projects have contributed in consolidating the strategical partnership between Germany and Vietnam, and he affirmed to continue strengthening the relationship as well as calling on German enterprises to learn about and invest in new projects in Vietnam in general and in Ho Chi Minh City in particular.
