Deep fog occurred in the area of Ha Tinh province on a large scale during several hours today morning, which caused vehicles to move difficultly on streets.
The bad weather caused vehicles to limit speed, turn on the light system and even stop for waiting for fog dissolved.
Annually, Ha Tinh is threatened by deep foggy weather at this time. The current temperature in the region is warmer than the previous weeks.
Earlier, the temperature in Ha Tinh province dropped rapidly because of influence of drizzly weather and cold front.
