Best Western International Hotel Group signed an investment cooperation agreement on March 7 to build a five-star Oceanami Tourism and Resort Complex in Phuoc Hai Town in Dat Do District of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
Accordingly, Vietnam’s Hoa Anh Dao Tourist Joint Stock Company can use the trademark of Best Western for the Oceanami Tourism and Resort Complex, while Best Western would be the main consultant for designing and building the resort.
Oceanami Tourism and Resort Complex will be located on an area of nearly 21 hectares near a beautiful beach and close to historical and cultural sites such as Minh Dam Mountain, Nuoc Ngot Mountain Pass, Ky Van cape and Dinh Co Temple.
The complex will include 5 five-star hotels, 180 villas, a conference centre, restaurants, a spa, a swimming pool and a private yacht pier.
The total construction cost will be VND1,146 trillion.
The Best Western International Hotel Group from the US has been operating about 5,000 hotels and resorts in 88 countries and territories throughout the world.
