Because of an influence of low tropical pressure trough and powerful operation of the southwest monsoon, the territorial waters would continue experiencing heavy rain, strong wind of level 5-8, thunderstorm and sea rough in next couple of days.

According to the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center, the southern territorial waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang, the Spratly Island and Gulf of Thailand would continue suffering small- medium rain and thunderstorm.
