Backstreet Boys, the incredibly famous American vocal boy band group will perform live in Vietnam for the very first time, at the end of March.
The group will perform at the Military Zone 7 stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on March 24 and at the My Dinh stadium in Hanoi on March 26.
Backstreet Boys performances in Vietnam are part of their world-wide tour entitled “This is us”, which started in autumn 2009 with over 120 shows in big cities around the world.
The band will sing their world famous songs, including ‘I Want It That Way’, ‘I’ll Never Break Your Heart’ and ‘Straight through My Heart’.
After the show, the group will return to the US to join a tour with New Kids on the Block.
According to the organizer, Water Buffalo Productions (WBP), tickets have been selling from VND500,000-2 million (US$23-90) at stadiums or through the website www.bsb.com.vn since February 12.
The Backstreet Boys are known as the most famous boy band group in the world for the past two decades since they formed in 1993. The band consists of A. J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, Nick Carter and Kevin Richardson.
They have sold over 130 million records worldwide, making them the best-selling boy band group of all time. According to Billboard magazine, they are the first group since Sade to have their first seven albums reach the top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart. The Backstreet Boys have received numerous awards and accolades in recognition of their worldwide success in the music industry.
