Writing competition to highlight law-abiding behavior launched

A writing competition about obeying the law has been launched by the Viet Nam Education Publishing House, the Department of Legislation, and the Department of Education.

A writing competition about obeying the law has been launched by the Viet Nam Education Publishing House, the Department of Legislation, and the Department of Education.

Contestants will submit stories that highlight law-abiding behavior. The competition is for Vietnamese people living in and out the country of all ages.

Submissions must be less than 700 words.

Contestants may submit a maximum ten stories. The first prize is VND 10 million, and second prize is VND 7 million.

Entries must arrive at 81 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi’s district Hoan Kiem no later than September, 2011. Winning stories will be published in education magazines and citizenship textbooks.
