VNSO to perform Franz Schubert’s classical music pieces

The Vietnamese National Symphony Orchestra (VNSO) will present a concert featuring Franz Schubert’s masterpieces at L’Espace in Hanoi on April 26-27.

The concert will also attract music lovers with the Pavane op. 50 in F sharp minor of the French composer Gabriel Fauré, the concerto in C minor for Trumpet by Benedetto Giacomo Marcello, Launy Grondahl’s concerto for trombone, and the Symphony No. 1 in D major, D.82 that Franz Schubert composed when he was only 16 years old.

Pieces of classical music will be performed by trumpet Pham Van Hieu, trombonist Tran Hien and the VNSO Orchestra under the baton of talented conductor Kim Xuan Hieu.

Ticket will be from VND80, 000 (for student only) to VND170, 000 per person.
