It aims to reduce its ownership rate from 4.17 percent to 2.14 percent, equal to 4 million of CII shares.
The Philippines-based VIP Infrastructure Holdings Pte.Ltd earlier sold 11.3 million shares of CII and earned VND 360billion. The Philippines firm is no longer a major shareholder of CII, the Vietnamese side announced.
