Four Vietnamese documentary films which won prizes at the “First Time Filmmakers with Discovery Channel” competition will be aired on the Discovery channel in the Asia-Pacific region from May 5.
The documentaries present to audiences Vietnam’s changes in the process of urbanization and cultural values in the eyes of Vietnamese people.
Each film will be started at 8pm on Thursday (local time) and playing back at 7am and 1pm on Friday every week.
The First Time Filmmakers (FTFM) project started in Vietnam in 2009 after nine years of operation in the Asia-Pacific region and is funded by the Ford Foundation.
