Vietjet Air buys new aero-engines

Vietjet Air has concluded the agreement to buy new aero-engines from the joint venture between GE (General Electric) & Snecma.

These engines are superior in terms of performance, fuel efficiency and environmental-friendly. The cost of the new aero-engines is US$800 million.

These engines will be installed in the Airbus A320/321 CEO which are part of the earlier order of 100 airplanes signed between Vietjet Air and Airbus in September 2013.
