UNESCO gives museum copy of resolurion honoring President Ho Chi Minh

UNESCO General Director Irina Bokova on Saturday gave Ho Chi Minh Museum a book of the UNESCO General Assembly resolutions, including Resolution 18.65 on honoring President Ho Chi Minh as a hero of national liberation and a world cultural celebrity.

Speaking at the exhibition entitled “Ho Chi Minh and Lifelong Study” opened in the  museum, the UNESCO  leader said that President Ho Chi Minh who founded the independent Vietnam country, was deeply aware of the important of education for people.
She also expressed her respect to President Ho Chi Minh, who is an example of the lifelong study.
The exhibition has been holding to support the “Studying and Following Uncle Ho’s Moral Example” campaign and mark the Vietnam Study Encouragement Day (October, 2).
