Because of its impact, the Gulf of Tonkin, the northern part of East Sea and Mid- East Sea including the Paracel Islands, offshore water of the Central region are forecast to experience a gusty wind of level 5-8, rough sea, big waves of 2-4 meters from tonight.
The Southern part of the East Sea including the Spratly Islands and offshore waters is warned to suffer strong wind of level 6-8, big waves and rough sea.
Weather condition in the northern region and capital city of Hanoi maintain deep cloud, showers in some places, air humidity of 60-98 percent, minimum temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius, even below 12 degrees Celsius in the northern mountainous areas on Saturday.
The same weather situation hits the north- central provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien- Hue with the lowest temperature of 16- 19 degrees Celsius, and the south- central provinces from Da Nang to Binh Thuan with minimum temperature of 18- 22 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, the southern region is predicted to see showers, cirrus cloud, minimum temperature of 21- 24 degrees Celsius from January 26.
