Emerging from the building, the Reverie Saigon Hotel is the only 6-star hotel in the city. In addition, the building provides 89 luxury condos, 12.000 square meter of A-level offices, five international standard restaurants with Asian and European styles, an European theater style deluxe lounge which can accommodate events of up to 1000 guests. The lounge with gemstone gates and pillars is rare in having glass wall facades toward Nguyen Hue Street which is one of the most beautiful streets in the city.
The investors of the building have chosen 30 best furniture brand names in the world for fitting out to meet demands of elite people. Guests can relax at the outdoor swimming pool, gym or spa. The building is one of the two buildings in the city having a helipad.
Architecture of the Times Square Vietnam is very impressive because of the Asia’s largest glass wall facades that meet green and sustainable standards. Inside the building is the unique bar that is reportedly as long as the length of a city block. It has 6 gemstone bar counters connecting Lucky Plaza. Sitting in the bar, visitors imagine they are relaxing at the world well-known Galleria in Milan or coffee shops on European streets while breathing cool air from Saigon River.

However what making Times Square Vietnam so special is that it is positioned at an exclusive prime location. One façade looks toward Ho Chi Minh Statue Square and walking street Nguyen Hue that are going to open to public soon and voted as the most beautiful square in the country. The other one faces Dong Khoi Street.
According to leaders of the People’s Committee in District 1, the Ho Chi Minh Statue Square will be a place for fine arts performance and national cultural identity crystallization, helping inhabitants and visitors have a great experience in the city. Desire for boosting nation’s image
Thanks to its unique points the 164m-high building has been a choice of elite guests and international groups although it has not yet been inaugurated. Last year British football team’s famous former member David Beckham chose the Italian restaurant Romeo and Juliet in Times Square Vietnam to boost a beverage product developed by his company during his trip to Vietnam. Last month the Reverie Saigon Hotel had a chance to welcome special guests from royal families in the world and international business groups who arrived in the city to attend the Charity Polo Cup held for the first time in Vietnam. The organization board also chose the hotel to host a charity gala after the cup.
The VIPs including British Royal member Prince Peter Philips who is the eldest grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Malaysian Prince Tengku Amir together with his wife Puteri Suraija and many successful businessmen spent their time in the hotel during their trip to Vietnam.
Mrs. Puteri Suraija was very happy with her room in the Riverie Saigon Hotel and the journey. She said she would come back to Times Square Vietnam in near future to discover the city.
40 years after the South liberation and nation unification, and 30 years after carrying out the Doi Moi (renovation) Ho Chi Minh City has non-stop developed and modernized. The face of the city is more and more beautiful thanks to constructions’ architecture but it still needs more buildings with prestigious and fresh utilities. Understanding their responsibility to the city’s development, the investors of Times Square Vietnam built the multi-hundred million dollar skyscraper with all their heart and mind amid the world economic recession in 2011. This is not only business but also the love of its investors to the city with a desire to make the city more developed and resilient.
