A special stamp collection was issued at My Dinh National Convention Center in Hanoi yesterday, marking the 70th anniversary of the postal sector (August 15th, 1945- 2015).
Special stamp samples are issued to mark 70th anniversary of postal sector.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Minh Hong said that the stamp's design featured at right, brilliant color on bright paper.
On the left corner of the stamp is the postal sector’s symbol. This stamp is highlighted on the center with special images showing the foundation and development process of the postal sector.
Yellow and blue are significant colors in the design of these stamps which also are typical colors for postal sector and department of Information and Communications.
