Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon induced showery weather, thunderstorm and 6- 7 level strong wind speed in the southern territorial waters of East Sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang and Spratly Islands.
 
Ho Chi Minh City experienced deep cloud, rains at night. The highest temperature reached at 25- 34 degrees Celsius.
