Photo exhibition marks national liberation day

A photo exhibition featuring journalist Dinh Quang Thanh’s pictures opened at Vietnamese Women's Museum in Hanoi on April 25.

Dinh Quang Thanh was one of the four famous and notable Vietnamese people who are honored in the Vietnamese encyclopedias.

The display includes 100 photos that are divided into four parts, including Luggage for Campaign (of fatherland liberation), Hue – Da Nang Liberation, Marching towards Sai Gon, The Country with Full Happiness, and the Great Victory of the  1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising.

All of exhibits will be presented to the Vietnamese Women’s Museum after displaying.

The event aims to mark the 40th anniversary of Southern liberation and national reunification.
