Management Board of My Son Relics on December 28 launched the official logo of My Son World Cultural Heritage.
The logo has a stylized image of the Hindu God Shiva in two colors of yellow and brown inspired from the traditional colors of ancient bricks of the Cham ethnic community.
The logo was the first-winning design by Le Quang Loi from Binh Duong Province at the contest for ‘Logo of My Son, World Cultural Heritage” launched in July 2011.
On the same day the Management Board of My Son Relics opened a tramcar system in the sanctuary. There are three 8-seater cars and two six-seater cars to carry visitors around the sanctuary at a cost of VND10,000- VND15,000 per person. The project cost about VND1.03 billion (US$45,000), which includes a reception area and a control station.
