Wearing the traditional Korean hanbok dress, Honey will apparently play a gayageum, a traditional Korean musical instrument, at a concert themed "Beautiful Friends", at the Friendship Cultural Palace in Ha Noi, tomorrow evening, together with Vietnamese and other Korean artists.

The concert is one of the cultural activities of the cultural exchange program running from November 22 to December 2 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Viet Nam – Republic of Korea diplomatic relations.

Said RoK Embassy Press and Culture Attaché Ahn Tae Sung, “The weeklong cultural show is a good chance to provide the Vietnamese people with a deep knowledge of the land and people of the RoK and strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two countries”.

Other activities are to include a “Viet Nam-RoK forum” on e-government policies, a musical performance, a culinary feast, an RoK employment fair, a business forum and an opening ceremony for an RoK library at Viet Nam’s National Library.

Presentations of Vietnamese traditional art and costumes, landscape photography and foods were already held during the “Vietnamese Cultural Days” in Seoul, Republic of Korea (RoK), over November 12 to 15.

That event was an opportunity for Koreans to learn about Viet Nam’s diverse culture and the nation’s remarkable collaborative achievements with the Republic of Korea over the last 15 years, while bolstering friendship and cooperation between the two nations.

The “Dynamic Korea in Viet Nam” program is co-organized the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the RoK Governmental Information Agency and the Korea Embassy in Viet Nam.
