A concert of Japanese traditional music will take place at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music on September 27.

Music lovers will have a chance to enjoy folk songs played on traditional instruments such as the koto, flute and percussion from the land of the rising sun.
The concert aims to educate Vietnamese audiences on Japanese traditional music and encourage more cultural exchange between the two countries.
The event is being jointly organized by the Consulate General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City and the Japan Performing Arts Association.
The concert will also be held at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities on September 29.
