Japanese Heavy Metal Group performs in City

A concert featuring ZENI GEVA (roughly translated as ‘money violence’) , a Japanese Heavy Metal Group, will take place at the Darts Club in Ho Chi Minh City on July 28.

Formed in Tokyo in 1987, the band is led by singer and guitarist KK Null, guitarist Mitsuru Tabata and drummer Masataka Fujikak.

Zeni Geva is regarded as one of Japan’s more eccentric and intriguing extreme music bands ever since the late ’80s and the ’90s.

The group incorporates elements of death metal, hardcore, industrial music, noise rock, progressive rock and avant-garde music.

Zeni Geva will perform together with international partners including Ruins alone, COCC and Striped Cobra.
