From April 16, Ho Chi Minh City and the Southeast areas will witness a temperature decrease to 33-34 degrees Celsius, and the heat will become more tolerable.
In the Northern and Central regions, the cold wave has created rain in many places since April 15. Hail and thunderstorm were also caught occasionally. It is forecast that this adverse weather will continue on April 16.
