In the opening ceremony, Vice Director of the Department of Justice Nguyen Van Vu said that the website is a way to apply IT in public administration according to the government and the municipal authorities.
The website is also a channel to collect opinions and statistics to assess people’s needs of finding information of law helping the administrators in spread the regulations to people of all class.
It is also a place to listen to people’s arguments and feedbacks from people to complete regulation system; especially, users can write their comments, share and take information from the website for private business.
