The project consists of landscape parts, building a circle-shaped lake with its system of crystal glass lotus buds and the art lighting water spraying system based on music from Germany.
The construction is in the plan of renovating and upgrading the public space in the city center in accordance with the regional planning which is suitable with the research directions of urban space.
