Hanoi presents calligraphy exhibition of poems by Uncle Ho

An exhibition of calligraphy paintings of President Ho Chi Minh’s poems written in Chinese character is being held at the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group Center in Hanoi from May 13-16.

The exhibition has been co-organized by New Energy Newspaper and the Hanoi Young Calligraphers Club to mark the 123rd birthday of the late President Ho Chi Minh.

President Ho Chi Minh’s poems written in Chinese character have been transcribed in calligraphic style and exhibited in Korea, Japan and China. This is the first time that this exhibition has been held in Vietnam, said Nguyen Nhu Phong, Editor-in-Chief of New Energy Newspaper.

On the same day, Vietnam Writers Association awarded literature prizes for the movement ‘Studying and Following President Ho Chi Minh's Moral Example'.
