Visitors will have a chance to learn about history, architecture and enjoy art performances titled Hon Viet (Vietnamese Soul) during the tour.
The program will be started from 10.30am-12 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays. In October, the tour will be launched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The 90-minute long tour is cost VND400,000 (US$18) per person.
The program is held by the Management Board of Hanoi Opera House, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and the Performing Arts Department, aiming at turning the House to become an attraction and an entertainment venue for local and international visitors to the capital.
Hanoi Opera House was built in 1901 and completed in 1911 by the French. It was modeled on the Palais Garnier, the older of Paris's two opera houses, and is considered to be one of the architectural landmarks of Hanoi.
